Schedule Overview
The Schedule feature in Sip Subscriptions gives you a visual calendar view of all upcoming subscription activities — making it easy to stay on top of billing dates, renewals, and order processing.
This view is especially helpful for forecasting fulfillment, managing workload, and planning support coverage around subscription activity.
What You’ll See
The calendar displays all scheduled subscription renewals based on your store's subscription settings.
- Monthly View (default): See all renewals scheduled for the current month
- Weekly View: Switch to a week-by-week breakdown for a more focused look
- Agenda View: See upcoming events in a list-style format

Use the Today button to jump back to the current date at any time.
Filter by Customer
Use the Customer dropdown to filter subscription events by a specific customer. This is helpful when reviewing or managing a particular customer's renewal schedule.
Navigate by Date
- Use the arrow buttons to switch between months or weeks
- Click on any day to view subscription events scheduled for that date
- Dates with upcoming activity will be highlighted
Upcoming Renewals
Any upcoming subscriptions will display directly on the calendar, highlighted on the date they’re scheduled to renew. This makes it easy to see at a glance when renewals are happening across the month.

Clicking on an event will open a modal containing full subscription details — including:
- Status
- Billing frequency
- Next billing date
- Customer and shipping information
- Products in the subscription
- Payment method
- Link to the initial order

If there are no renewals in the selected view or date range, the calendar will appear empty — events will populate automatically as renewals are scheduled.
